The 新加坡六合彩官方网站 Alumni Card is a permanent card that gives Alumni access to a range of on-campus services and discounts, including use of the College Library, an alumni rate on all 新加坡六合彩官方网站 performing arts shows and athletic events, and a discount at the 新加坡六合彩官方网站 Vision Centre at the David Lam Campus.
Sign into your with your 新加坡六合彩官方网站 Student ID Number and PIN to request your ID card online. The Student ID Card request form is available under the Personal Information Menu in a student鈥檚 myAccount page and is titled 鈥淪tudent ID Cards鈥. Please check off 鈥淎lumni Card鈥 in the webform.
You can now pre-order your ID card online through myAccount and arrange for pick-up at the campus of your choice.鈥
Replacement card cost is $20.00.
